At No Pain Tattoo LLC, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and more.
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship most orders the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM (PDT) Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12:00 PM (PDT), on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. While we aim for quick turnarounds, please be aware that during periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.Â
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, both domestically and internationally.
For Orders Within the USA:
- Free Economy Shipping: Enjoy free economy shipping (5-8 business days) on all orders over $30.
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: For orders under $30, a flat rate of $2.98 will be applied for standard shipping (5-8 business days) via USPS.
- FedEx Express:Â For orders under $30, a flat rate of $7 can be selected for FedEx 2-Day Express service (2 business days) via FedEx.
- FedEx Express:Â For orders over $30, a flat rate of $3.98 can be selected for FedEx 2-Day Express service (2 business days) via FedEx.
- Expedited Options: During checkout, you can select other shipping carriers and expedited services. Estimated delivery times for these options will be displayed.
For International Orders (Worldwide):
- Free International Standard Shipping: Get free international standard shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders over $75.
- International Standard Shipping: For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination, with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days.
- Expedited Options: During checkout, you'll find options for faster international shipping, with estimated delivery times displayed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, that are not covered by our free shipping options, are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be added to your total at checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping or the flat rate shipping fee. You will see the exact shipping cost for your order before completing your purchase. Additional costs for express shipping will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 United States, their territories, and globally to nearly every country in the world! We do ship to P.O. boxes, but only via USPS. For any questions regarding shipping to specific locations, please contact us directly.
Damaged or Lost Items – Our Guarantee
We take great care in packaging your orders. In the rare event that an issue occurs during transit, we stand by our commitment to you:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@xpaintattoo.com or +1-503-610-0963 with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Lost Items: If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@xpaintattoo.com or +1-503-610-0963. We guarantee that your products will get to you. If an item is lost during shipping, we will resend it at our own expense. We will also assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.
