The numbness is legit! I am a person who hates needles but love tattoos. I used this cream to numb my hip area for my tattoo. Leaving it on for 2+ hours really helped. I barely felt a thing the entire time. Most definitely will use again.

I bought the numbing cream online and then I called in and they guided me through the application process for the numbing cream and actually FOLLOWED UP after my appointment like I asked them to. Really impressed!
The spray is great. If I'm doing a large piece and we aren't using the numbing cream, this is great to chill the client out. Compared to the numbing cream, which don't change the skin at all, this will change the skin a bit. But just a bit. Vasocaine turns skin into straight up rubber, and I can't stand it, but this one just tightens it a bit. So you gotta change how you work some.
How I use this is, if the client is obviously uncomfortable and doesn't want to keep going, I spray and cover with cling film, leave it on for about 15 minutes while they get themselves together. Then we get to a good place to stop. I might give them another spray or two depending on how far we have to go. But I don't keep applying for hours. I think the body tells us when we're done, so this just a good product make everything work out for the tat and the heal.
As a tattooer I was always 100% against numbing cream. When I was guesting in TX I met some world class tatters that changed my mind and introduced me to No Pain. These dudes were doing huge pieces on return clients that looked amazing. I always heard that numbing cream would get you rough heals. They said that was BS. It is up to the tattooer the technique, and the brand you use. If you use one of those cheap ass TKTX brands, you're going to get cheap ass results. Makes sense. I messaged No Pain on IG and the owner wound up giving me his number and we talked for over an hour about the brand, how to use it, why started the company, tattoos, and mutual friends and acquaintances. Hi Name is Mike, he's super cool, and he's got tatts from Phil Sims and Bernie Luther! He also played guitar in Possessed and Pro-Pain (ironic hahahaha).
Now I'm over here buying ten tubes at a time lol! There's so much misinformation out there. Great to have a brand you can trust. Thank you Mike!
Love this stuff! No Pain lasts the longest and gets you completely numb. Takes a little longer to work, but worth the wait.

Great balm. I tattoo with it sometimes and tell my clients to heal with it. They need to make a larger size though.

Gotta luv a hypoallergenic tattoo balm! Really does the job for the long term healing and moisturizing. I use the soothing gel for about a week then switch to this. works perfectly.
This is my favorite of their aftercare line. It works incredibly well to calm the redness. I have sensitive skin and this helps within an hour of application.

I'm a tatter and came in to pick up some numbing cream. The guys at the shop gave me a sample of the spray and told me to try it. It works just as well as the numbing cream which is the BEST! Love these guys. Always taking care of me!
