The numbing cream worked really well. It got me through my appointment. Only an hour but on my on both collarbones! but what stood out was the cs. I ordered and stupid fedex lost my package, but since my appointment was in pdx I was able to do store pickup. My appointment was at 11am and the store doesn't even open until 11am. These guys had someone come down and open the store (which is a tattoo shop) gave me the plastic wrap and let me use the bathroom to put it on. It's so nice to support people who do this type of things! Thank you!!!!
Good cream and well worth the price. I saw this being used for laser tattoo removal on instagram. Bro was just sitting and watching instead of like me jumping around in pain. I have probably 7-10 sessions left and I'm not going to them without using the cream. Makes a huge difference. You can hear the laser but not feel it.

It's not often we receive a review like this, but when we do it almost always has to do with the application method, or the customer has the MC1R gene. We can't do anything about the MC1R gene, but you can always email us so we can troubleshoot your application method. This stuff is amazing, and you really don’t feel a thing!! Apply a thick layer and wrap in sarsn wrap, leave it for the 90 minutes and you’re good! It holds up for hours and i will definitely buy more. Currently getting tattooed while writting this review.
The cream is great but taking a star because post office lost my package and had to be resent. don't like waiting.

I love this spray! It works very fast. I just had my guy use it when we got to some sensitive bits on smaller tattoos. For the bigger ones I use the cream because it lasts longer. You have to have the skin tattooed for it to work though. So get the outline done then spray. I didn't realize that at first, but that's how this stuff works.
Really good numbing cream. Was able to get upgraded fast shipping for like $3. Instructions were clear. Products packed nicely. All in all a great experience that is making finishing some of my larger pieces so easy. I'm a happy girl!

I think this is my new favorite product from this company, yes, even more so than the numbing cream. Why? Because everyone knows that the aftercare for a tattoo is the most important part. This doesn’t dry out my tattoo and it definitely helps keep my colors alive.
My ONLY complaint with this is that they don’t make sell it in a larger size.
This product is now part of my weekly ink maintenance/care.

Man I was sweating bullets before I got my tattoo but Mike really was super cool about answering my questions and he didn't rush me off the phone. Super good guy, it speaks volumes about his company. Product worked great, didn't feel a thing. I'm getting up there in age, I have red hair, and I got chicken legs so this numbing cream really came in handy. Would definitely order again, I would order the cream and spray next time though.
